Kyle Vargas

Kyle was born in San Antonio, Texas and grew up in a military family. His love for soccer started when he began playing at the age of 4. Kyle attended Ramstein High School in Germany where he competed in the DOD European championships. He went on to attend Central Penn College for two years earning captain honors his sophomore year. He then transferred and graduated from Millersville University where he earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Sports Administration. Kyle moved to Roanoke in 2023 and has been an active member of the soccer community as a player, coach, personal trainer, and mentor. He is a current Board Member for the Roanoke Soccer League; aiding in the organization and functioning of the local adult league and running local youth and adult soccer tournaments. He is also currently employed through Roanoke County Parks and Recreation. 

Kyle Hoops

Kyle is originally from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. He attended West Chester University and was named captain his senior year. He led the team to a Division 2 National Championship appearance and received All-American honors.  After graduating college, Kyle played seasons with West Chester United’s NPSL team and Lynchburg FC’s UPSL team. Kyle currently lives in Roanoke with his wife Whitney and their son James. He works as a financial analyst while also pursuing several entrepreneurial endeavors.
